The ITESQ portal provides a single-source for secure interoperability Government ID Solutions. This Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) awarded in May 2000 provides smart card products and services, competitively priced and support a common, interoperable, multi-application Smart Card solution.

Normally, I would not be able to create a modern design for a Government website. However, in 2000 the Internet was still new and Smart Card technology was on the cutting edge. Those were the days.
